A Painful Argument

I and my roommates had an argument about gods and goddesses. Ours is a four members room. Of these three of them are hindus and one elder akka is a christian. We used to have great respect on her. Whenever we start discuss interestingly about our gods, goddesses, prayers, fastings, etc., she often interrupts and says that hindu gods and goddesses had a very luxury life, they had many powers, etc. She immediately starts to tell us about Jesus and his simplicity life. She often dominates us. Though we have lots of points to argue with her, we used to maintain silence. The reason beyond this are, she is elder than us, we dont want to hurt her and ofcourse we have great respect on Jesus and Allah.
According to my thought, God is one. We people, used to have different names to pray according to our wish.
To me Jesus, Allah, Ganesh, etc., are all equal.This is not to hurt anyone, just to make you all think.....
